Exciting News - Assisted Living Expansion

We are excited to announce that Village at the Greene is enhancing our care options by adding 31 brand-new assisted living apartments. This expansion is taking place within our existing main floor space, seamlessly integrating into the familiar comfort of our community. To make room for this new service line, we will be reducing the overall number of traditional nursing home beds. This shift allows us to offer a broader range of residential options while continuing to prioritize high-quality care.

Construction officially launched in early July 2025. With an estimated completion window of 6 to 9 months, we are working diligently to ensure that the project remains on schedule and minimally disruptive to our current operations.

Assisted Living at Village at the Greene

Our assisted living community offers independence with safety and support. Residents enjoy a vibrant lifestyle, 24-hour care assistance, and a welcoming atmosphere in a beautiful rural setting.

Medical services include medication administration, condition monitoring, and on-call nurse support. Each apartment includes a kitchenette, handicap accessible bathroom, and personal climate control. Residents are encouraged to bring personal furnishings and small pets are welcome.
