Exciting News - Assisted Living Expansion
We’re excited to share that Village at the Greene has officially expanded our care options with 31 brand-new Assisted Living apartments!
The new Assisted Living neighborhood is now open and provides residents with a comfortable, welcoming option within our existing community. As part of this expansion, we reduced the number of traditional nursing home beds to make room for this new service line.
This addition allows us to offer a broader range of care options and better meet the needs of individuals and families in our community.
We value our referral partnerships and look forward to continuing to work closely with you to support your patients’ placement and discharge planning needs.

Village at the Greene Assisted Living offers a variety of personal care services, menu options, social activities, and amenities. All apartments feature a handicap accessible bathroom and kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator.
